What Is Awaken Athletics?

We are an all women’s gym that offers small group classes (12 or less) & personal training that can be tailored to almost any fitness level! Our goal is to give you the space to challenge you, motivate you & to allow you to feel your absolute best mentally & physically!

Classes are 60 minutes and consist of a combination of lifting and a variance of cardio. Our goal is to create a structured program that provides results, while keeping it fresh, fun & challenging!

  • Our classes are modifiable for all levels! We will meet you at your ability level & help you build from there! If you’re interested in a 1:1 session prior to starting, please contact us to set this up!

  • Wear clothes you can move & get sweaty in, water & a towel!

  • A coach will be there to guide you every step of the way! From walking you through a warmup, a lifting segment, then a cardio segment, you will feel confident in knowing what to do throughout the whole class! Expect to be challenged, get a great workout & have some fun!
